For $5,500, I would expect it to be something very, very quiet.

I would expect it to be very loud, perhaps involving whipped cream and chocolate sauce.

when people have that kind of money to throw around, they are also the sort who tends to view a high price-tag as indicating something of greater value. period.

most fetish-workers i know could pull in a grand for a couple hours or so, and the amount of work that went into THAT sort of service is nothing less than what these 5.5K girls are turning out...

my guess is that the girls would have had a total work-over (cosmetic nip-n-tucking, etc.) would be guaranteed to be disease free and are probably in good shape physically.. and most likely kept under total lock and key. (literally)

but other than that, there is nothing that would probably separate them from any other high-end escort... just the fact that they know how and where to get into "the circuit" and smile pretty for the camera and hob-nob with the wealthy/international-folks, etc...

I'm in the wrong business (kidding)

I've been hearing this story all day and I'm still amazed that someone with a good career and life would doing something so stupid and jeopardize it all.

Re: I'm in the wrong business (kidding)

he's not the exception... he just got caught with his pants down...

the majority of the elected-folks are involved in just this sort of thing, at one point or another..

this is just all part of "doing business" for them..

and trying to be "moral" while in office, and deciding to not get involved with this sort of thing could cost you big time in the end (because of all the missed opportunities for networking)...

I'll keep my mouth shut, lest I be accused of male-bashing (or politician-bashing).

Re: I'm in the wrong business (kidding)

I'm just tired of politicians (hell, people) who have serious deficiency in the ethics department, and men who can't keep in their pants. If you can't be in monogamous relationship, then don't commit to one, because you'll just end up hurting too many people.

You know, I wonder what side of sex work he came down on when he was attorney general. I'm guessing he didn't support it, which makes him a hypocrite.

You would be guessing correctly.

This just breaks my heart. Outside of the scandals, Spitzer is awesome. And I was very much hoping he'd counterbalance our awful state senate.
