Haman is a paradigm

Following up on that last post, I think that Haman gives us a paradigm. To a real extent we have to understand that it is never a happy thing when someone is killed, when a human being is shot in the head. At some level, we, as humanity, have failed when we produce monsters, and that means that we as Jews, who are supposed to teach humanity this type of thing have failed. On the other hand, it is a good thing that this person received the proper reward for his actions, and that this particular person won’t be able to carry out any more evil in the world. We are saved from his machinations, and that is a good thing, and it is appropriate to be glad about it.
